- All cancellations after this form is received by LDAMC shall be limited to a 50% refund if requested in writing April 13, 2018. No refunds will be made for any reason after April 13, 2018.
- No exhibitor may assign, sublet the whole or any part of the space allotted, nor exhibit any goods other than those manufactured or handled by the exhibitor in the regular course of business. Two businesses may not share an exhibit table.
- Exhibitors may sell merchandise during the conference and may take orders for merchandise to be shipped following the conference.
- Exhibit hours for attendees will be from 9:30am - 3:30pm on Saturday April 28, 2018. Exhibitors must arrive and sign in by 8:30am and must be remain open until at least 2:00pm. Set-up time will be from 8:00am - 9:00am. After registration begins at 9:00 attendees will begin to visit exhibit tables. Exhibit tables and all materials must be removed from facility by 4:00pm
- Advertising and Exhibiting must abide by all information listed on this document regarding procedures, fees, regulations, limitations, and liability.
