2018 Advertising, Exhibiting Information

In partnership with the Learning Disabilities Association of Maryland (LDA-MD), the Learning Disabilities Association of Montgomery County (LDAMC), Inc. (501c-3) will be hosting our third annual conference, Successful Strategies for Home and School, to be held in Rockville, MD on Saturday April 28, 2018.

This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your products/services to our attendees, parents with children who have learning challenges as well as professionals who work with students who have learning challenges. Conference program booklet advertising, exhibit tables, and sponsorship opportunities are available. Promotional opportunities available to local professionals include print advertising ($50), exhibit tables ($300). All promotional opportunities are limited, on a first come-first served basis.
Print Advertising in conference program book given to all attendees is $50 per ad (black and white)
♦ Copy is to be supplied in uncompressed JPEG or TIF format (email to programs@ldamc.org)

♦ Payment, registration form, AND ad in electronic format must be received within 5 days after sign-up, and before print deadline.
♦ Spaces are limited and on a first come, first served basis.
♦ LDAMC reserves the right to refuse any advertisement which is not consistent with the Association's standards.
♦ Maximum ad size is approximately 1/4 page of a standard 8x10 sheet, approximately 4" wide by 5" tall
Exhibit Tables are $300 per table
Exhibit tables will be placed in the main room where the lunch will be served and the final raffle will take place. There will be opportunities for attendees to visit the exhibit tables in the main room during registration, during lunch, and for about 15 minutes at the end of the day while the final raffle and demonstrations are being held. The day's schedule will allow approximately 90 minutes of time outside of sessions for attendees to visit exhibit tables.
♦ Includes two registrations to the conference (including lunch), 6'x30" rectangular table, and 2 chairs. All additional personnel must purchase registration to the conference separately.
♦ Payment must be made through www.ldamc.org or sent in with registration form.
♦ Spaces are limited and on a first come, first served basis.
♦ All displays, demonstrations, sales activities, etc. must be contained within the reserved space and may not impede traffic through aisles.
♦ No tape may be used on the walls.
♦ LDAMC, including all of its representatives and members, is not liable for or limited to any loss or damage to persons or property of the exhibitor.
♦ Exhibits involving the distribution of food items must have prior approval and comply with the venue regulations. Please contact us for details.
♦ Exhibitors are required to bring whatever equipment necessary to get their display materials from the main entrance to the exhibit area. Neither LDAMC nor the venue provides equipment or employees to assist with this process.
♦ Exhibitors are responsible for the security of the exhibit. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility for losses, damages, and claims arising out of damage to or injury sustained on the premises of the conference, and shall indemnify and hold LDAMC, its representatives and members, and the venue, harmless from any and all such injury, losses, or damages.
♦ LDAMC reserves the right to restrict any exhibit that becomes objectionable, due to noise, method of operation, materials, or for any other reason. In such circumstances, LDAMC is not liable for any refund. LDAMC also reserves the right to refuse any exhibit which is inconsistent with the Association's standards.
