The Board of Directors has made the decision to cancel all meetings. This decision was based upon recommendations of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to address the ongoing concerns of COVID-19 within Montgomery County and across the nation and other countries.

We understand that this may cause displeasure to some of our community members. We did not come to this decision lightly. However, current knowledge of the virus indicates asymptomatic transmission between persons. This is especially important before a vaccine or a drug becomes widely available.

Many public health professionals and scientists have asked us as citizens and residents to consider community mitigation strategies to help slow down the transmission of the virus. We respect these recommendations in light of this situation. Thus, we ask you to consider social distancing measures as a community.
